Every skin is different. If you feel your product isn’t a match, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll guide you through the best next step.

We may suggest simple adjustments (routine, frequency, settings) first — and if you’re still not satisfied, we’ll help with a return request according to our Return & Refund Policy.

What’s included in the box?

Each order includes the product(s) you purchased plus any listed accessories (for devices: typically controller/cable and a user manual).

If your product has multiple components, the included parts will be listed on the product page.

Where do you ship (USA/UK/Europe/Australia)?

We ship internationally — including United States, United Kingdom, Europe (EU/EEA), Australia, and the rest of the world.

How long does delivery take?

What is your return window?
